Last week throughout the UK we saw a small increases in both new properties coming to the market and also in terms of sales being agreed. With the Bank Holiday throughout much of the UK this week, I would expect to see these numbers reduce when looking at the figures next week.

And when comparing to the past couple of years we can see, we’ve still got more buyers in the market than in 2019 with slightly more new instructions due to the earlier bank holiday in 2019 (it was 26th August in 2019 so fell into an earlier week than in 2020 and 2021).
