We’ve seen further small drops in volumes of both new property coming on to the market as well as those having sales agreed. However, we’re still seeing more sales being agreed week on week that of the same week in 2019 – the last “normal” market. New instructions coming to the market is still lower than the 2019 market however.

So as we can see, when compared to 2019, we’ve still got more buyers in the market, but fewer properties coming up for sale.
