There are currently technical problems with the Online Driver Enquiry service (ODE) which holds records of drivers’ periodic training.
Approved periodic trainers are currently unable to upload periodic training to drivers’ records. The issue is also preventing some drivers from being able to check how many hours of periodic training they have completed using the service.
We are working urgently to resolve the issue and apologise for any inconvenience.
Many drivers DQCs expire on 9 September 2019 but we are confident the service will be restored before this date and those affected will receive their cards.
Drivers can still drive professionally if they’ve completed 35 hours of periodic training and they are waiting for their new Driver CPC to arrive.
