France – Minimum Wage Declarations

It appears the French police may be doing a purge on checks for the Loi Macron – ‘Attestation de Détachement’ (minimum wage declaration). In the last couple of days there have been several incidents where a vehicle has been stopped and the driver asked for this document.

Even if you’ve already registered, you should still check your declarations haven’t expired. For those who haven’t registered, you either need to address this, or expect a fine.

The address to register is https://www.sipsi.travail.gouv.fr

You will also need to have a French representative for a section within the declaration. This does not have to be a solicitor. Whilst a fee is required, DKV & AS24 both offer these services, but there are other companies who do the same.
